Meet our lead consultant
Roseana (Rosie) Tira
B (Nurs), MPH, she/her
Rosie is the founder and strategic lead of Aether Logic Co., bringing a unique blend of clinical insight, public health expertise, and governance acumen to her consultancy work. Beginning her career as a Registered Nurse, she quickly became attuned to the systemic challenges in healthcare funding and equity, prompting her to pursue a Master of Public Health.

Her career spans impactful roles within the Australian Government Department of Health and volunteer work with organisations such as the Southern Migrant Resource Centre, Australian Red Cross, and Habitat for Humanity. Rosie has deepened her expertise through governance and evaluation training, including courses with the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australasian Evaluation Society.

Known for her strategic thinking and empathetic communication style, Rosie excels in stakeholder engagement and guiding complex organisational strategy. Her work is grounded in a strong sense of social justice, with a focus on citizen choice, access, and community-informed decision-making.
